Mark is the President and founder of CenterPoint Commercial Propeties. After spending his early years in the business working with both boutique and large real estate brokerage firms, he started CenterPoint in 2001. In addition to brokerage and management of commercial properties, he has spearheaded the construction and redevelopment of older and newly improved properties throughout the metroplex. His involvement includes leasing, partnership structures, funding, design, construction, property management, and investment sales.

Mark has handled over 1000 transactions at more than 200 properties during his tenure through tenant representation and project leasing assignments.

He has represented many expanding chains such as Jack in the Box, Church’s Fried Chicken, Captain D’s, Krystal’s Hamburgers, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Verizon Wireless, Jamba Juice, and many more.

Mark is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Mark was born and raised in Dallas and graduated in December, 1995, from the University of Missouri with a dual BSBA degree in Real Estate and in Finance & Banking.

He has followed his legacy of four generations of real estate investment and operations of properties in the North Texas market that spans more than 75 years dating back to 1949.

Mark is an avid Mav’s fan and enjoys time with his wife and kids playing games, cooking, and traveling.
